Joseph is a Chicago native though he claims Las Vegas as home, having lived in the valley for over twenty years. The day he graduated from Green Valley High School, he was involved in a significant car accident through no fault of his own. Unbeknownst at the time, this event would go on to shape his legal career.

He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Rosario, Argentina, which opened his eyes to universal societal realities; the underprivileged lack access and resources to competently interact with their local judicial and governmental systems, most frequently to their detriment. Armed with this real world experience, he attended Brigham Young University, majoring in Latin American Studies and Spanish Language, while also returning to South America to complete his undergraduate education.

Further fueled by the prospect of making a difference in his local community, Joseph next attended the William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas, Nevada. During this period, he worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Lloyd D. George, United States District Judge for the District of Nevada; for the Clark County District Attorney's Office; and in private practice, while simultaneously serving as President of the local university chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and as a research assistant. Joseph tried his first case while yet in law school, in conjunction with the Thomas and Mack Family Justice Legal Clinic.

After graduation, Joseph commenced his legal career as an advocate for disadvantaged plaintiffs under the mentorship of skilled trial attorneys. His litigation practice focuses on obtaining justice for underserved individuals harmed by the negligence of others, whether it be another motorist on the road or a multi-national corporation. Joseph has successfully recovered millions of dollars for his clients, and takes pride in representing those for whom no other recourse is available.

Beyond the law, Joseph enjoys soccer, weightlifting, and time with his wife and three children.
